For many, achieving Life Balance is likened to ‘that moment when a pendulum passes through the bottom of its swing’ – moving toward another direction. So many people go through life feeling that ‘the life balance moment’ has eluded them.
Giving focus to the various dimensions of Life Balance is not difficult – it would be wise for each of us to stop & look around once in a while and just do it. Stephen R Covey from ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ describes this process as “Sharpening The Saw”, he says:
